Introduction

Les Ateliers Ferrieres is a college fo Paris where the courses are about cooking,pasty,wine,etc. The college offers many courses including cooking, pastry, wine and other areas. The school is located in an ancient castle. In addition to basic courses, the school also offers students the opportunity of internship in the French company.

Programme introduction

Cuisine:

6 months of theory and practical application divided in 2 trimesters-600 hours(excluding internship),including:

- Tuition,uniforms,knives set, educational visits, conferences

-Exams

- 8-week of internship. Possibility of an extension up to 6 months.

The qualification wiil be validated after the eight-week internship.

 

Students can register for the first trimester only and undertake the second trimester at a later date(for a limited time)

This qualification is taught in French and is translated in English simultaneously.

 

Pâtisserie :
